JOINING US

PRICING
£40 per child per session, termly enrolment required. Choose just one day per week or multiple days – children can attend for a total of 18hrs per week.

INTEREST
We find an initial conversation is the best way to start as we can get to understand the needs of the individual, It is also the best way to find out about availability or add your child to the waiting list. In the first instance please email imaginariumlewes@gmail.com

TRIAL SESSIONS
If a space is available we offer a free taster session, this is for your child to come and spend some time with us, how long they spend is entirely up to them – an hour, a morning or the whole day! We then offer a 3 week paid trial. We know some children (and parents) can be nervous about starting something new. If you or your child feels they need you to stay for some or all of the day we are more than happy to facilitate this.

ENROLMENT
After the 3 week trial, with feedback from us to you and you to us… we then offer a permanent space at Imaginarium and send you an information pack.

ADDITIONAL NEEDS
We aim to be an inclusive space and welcome children of varying needs. Please talk to us if you think there is anything we need to know. Please inform us of any medical needs your child has during the enrolment process.

FACILITIES

THE HALL
We are based at Kingston Parish Hall (Nr Lewes) where we have access to a large main hall, library/quiet area, stage, kitchen, toilets and garden.

OUTDOORS
The village of Kingston is at the foot of the South Downs with a great play park and a recreation area for football and outdoor games.

THE FARM
We visit the wonderful farm next door each week to learn about regenerative farming, biodiversity and rewilding.

POLICIES

TRIPS
We are out and about in our local area as often as possible. We won't normally seek parental permission for this, but if you would like to speak to us regarding local outings, then please do. For any other trips or outings we will send detailed information.

ADVENTUROUS PLAY
We believe in allowing the children to climb trees, jump off things and test their limits. Despite our best efforts, we know that we will not have eyes on all of the children all of the time but we will of course inform you of any injuries or incidents.
